Professor R. Lobinski is a research director at the French National Research Council and the co-director of the Laboratory of Bio-inorganic Analytical and Environmental Chemistry at the CNRS UMR 5254 in Pau. He is also the co-director of the Ultra Trace Analyses Aquitaine (UT2A) and the Past President of the Analytical Chemistry Division of IUPAC.
