My current research interests focus on molecular recognition at liquid-liquid interfaces: - Adsorption of ionic surfactants at polar organic-water interfaces in a context of the response mechanism of ion selective electrodes (ISEs) with polymeric gel membranes. - Mechanism of metal ion transfer through the liquid-liquid interfaces of Permeation Liquid Membranes (PLM) with an emphasis on studying dynamic adsorption of azacrown ethers and its changes due to interfacial complexation. - Gas-phase and liquid-phase interactions of uranyl salophenes with inorganic anions, mostly phosphates. |
